Composition and layout of electric vehicle motor

Electric vehicle motor refers to the driving motor used for electric vehicles.According to the difference of its application and application frequency,the form is also different.Different types of motors have different characteristics.At present,permanent magnet DC motors are widely used in electric vehicles.Electric vehicle motors can be divided into two categories:brushless motor and brushless motor according to the power on form of motor;According to the machine layout of the motor assembly,it is generally divided into two categories:"toothed"(the motor speed is high,and the demand is delayed by the gear)and"toothless"(the motor torque output is not delayed in any way).

Composition and layout of electric vehicle motor

1.Permanent magnet DC motor:

It is composed of stator pole,rotor,electric brush,shell,etc.

Permanent magnet(permanent magnetic steel),ferrite,aluminum nickel cobalt,neodymium iron boron and other materials are used as stator magnetic poles.According to its layout,it can be divided into cylinder type and tile type.

The rotor is generally laminated with silicon steel sheets,and the enamelled wire is wound between two slots of the rotor dead center(three slots means three windings).Each discussion is welded to the metal sheet of the commutator.

The brush is a conductive part of the continuous power supply and the rotor winding,which has two functions:conductive and wear-resistant.The brush of permanent magnet motor shall be single metal sheet or metal graphite brush or electrochemical graphite brush.

2.Brushless DC motor:

It is composed of permanent magnet rotor,multipole winding stator,position sensor,etc.Brushless DC motor is characterized by brushless.It uses semiconductor switching devices(such as Hall element)to realize electronic commutation,that is,electronic switching devices are used to replace the ancient contact commutator and brush.It has the advantages of high reliability,non reversing spark,low machine noise,etc.

The position sensor converts the current of the stator winding according to the change of the rotor position along a certain sequence(that is,check the position of the rotor magnetic pole compared to the stator winding,and generate the position sensing light signal at the determined position.After being separated by the light signal conversion circuit,the position sensor will control the power switch circuit,and the winding current will be switched according to a certain logical relationship).

3.High speed permanent magnet brushless motor:

It is composed of stator dead center,magnetic steel rotor,sun wheel,delayed concentrator,hub shell,etc.

Hall sensor can be installed on the motor cover to measure speed.

There are three types of position sensors:magnetic sensor,photoelectric sensor and electromagnetic sensor.

Brushless DC electric actuator with magnetic sensitive position sensor is adopted,and its magnetic sensitive sensor components(such as Hall element,magnetic diode,magnetic sensitive transistor,magnetic resistor or special integrated circuit)are installed on the stator assembly to check the magnetic field changes generated when the permanent magnet and rotor are twisted.Hall elements are commonly used in electric vehicles.

Brushless DC electric idea of photoelectric position sensor is adopted.Photoelectric sensor components are configured on the stator assembly according to certain positions.The rotor is equipped with a light shield,and the light source is a light emitting diode or a small bulb.When the rotor rotates,due to the function of the light shield,the photosensitive components on the stator will generate pulse lights intermittently at a certain frequency.

Brushless DC electric idea using electromagnetic position sensor is that electromagnetic sensor components(such as coupling transformer,proximity switch,LC resonant circuit,etc.)are installed on the stator assembly.When the position of permanent magnet rotor changes,the electromagnetic effect will cause the electromagnetic sensor to generate high-frequency modulation signal(its amplitude changes with the rotor position).

The working voltage of the stator winding is provided by the electronic switch circuit controlled by the output of the position sensor.

Remove the screws on the wired side of the motor,as shown by the following arrows:

Then turn the side of the belt line up and the other side to the ground.Separate your hands and grip the tires of both sides and pull them down.After separation,do not let go.Change your right foot with your right hand,and then hold the threaded rod with your right hand and pull it up.
